Set back from the road and sited to the southern end of the vines, the new process building forms a backdrop to the vineyard. The building is seen from the approach as two distant “sleeved” roof forms, alongside the existing cafe building. The new process building was required to cope with the projected increase in production from the current 60 tonnes to a potential 200 tonnes initially with a further potential expansion to 500 tonnes at a later date.
